AXIFORGE TECH LTD · NEURAL CONTROL SYSTEMS
Axiforge Tech develops a highly specialised neural network for real-time control of autonomous factories and industrial robots — proprietary architecture, trained end-to-end on manufacturing processes. No third-party AI frameworks. No cloud dependency.
The network runs on the group's own edge hardware, making autonomous decisions across perception, planning, and execution — simultaneously managing production cells and robotic systems in real time.
The Axiforge neural control system is built around three tightly integrated modules — each handling a distinct layer of the autonomous production cycle. Together they form a single, end-to-end trainable network capable of running an entire factory floor or a fleet of industrial robots without human intervention.
Real-time sensor fusion from machine vision, LIDAR, pressure sensors, and production telemetry. The perception module constructs a live semantic model of the production environment — updated continuously at sub-millisecond resolution. No pre-mapped environments required.
All inference runs locally on proprietary edge hardware. The perception module processes raw sensor data into structured scene graphs without any cloud upload — enabling deterministic, latency-free awareness that is critical for safe autonomous operation in live production environments.
The planning module translates perception output into a real-time execution graph — sequencing operations, allocating robotic resources, and optimising throughput dynamically. It re-plans continuously in response to changes in the environment, machine state, or production order, with no predefined scripts or human-authored workflows.
The control module translates planning decisions into direct machine and robot commands — closed-loop, real-time, and hardware-agnostic. It interfaces with pneumatic, servo, and stepper actuators across the production cell, enforcing safety constraints and physical limits through embedded firmware co-designed with the neural network.
The same neural control system powers two distinct applications within the Axiforge Group — autonomous factory production cells and bespoke industrial robots. A unified AI stack means every deployment improves the model. Every deployment trains the next.
The neural network manages the complete production cycle of an autonomous factory cell — from raw material intake through finished goods output. It orchestrates machines, conveyors, quality checks, and logistics without human operators. Currently live in two production environments: furniture and steel construction.
The same perception-planning-control pipeline runs inside every robot the Axiforge Group deploys — cobots, multi-arm systems, and autonomous mobile platforms. The network handles real-time path planning, force control, and obstacle avoidance on-device, with no cloud round-trips and no pre-programmed motion scripts.
Every deployment runs on proprietary edge hardware — Sensor SA-1 nodes, custom firmware, and the Axiforge neural control system. No cloud dependency. No third-party AI middleware. The intelligence is local, the IP is ours.
