Who we are

What data we collect
Account data (name, email address). Email metadata processed for classification (subject, sender, date — not message bodies). Usage analytics via Plausible (privacy-preserving, no cookies). Payment data processed by Stripe (we never store card details).
How we use it
To provide the FilterMail service, to process payments, and to send essential service communications. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
Email content
Email message bodies are processed ephemerally in memory for classification purposes only. They are never stored on our servers, logged, or used for any other purpose.
Data retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days after cancellation. You may request immediate deletion at any time.
Legal basis
Contract performance (Article 6(1)(b)) for service delivery. Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) for fraud prevention and service improvement.
