1. Acceptance
By accessing or using FilterMail, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms form a binding contract between you and Axiforge Tech Ltd.
2. The Service
FilterMail provides AI-powered email filtering and management tools. The service is provided "as is". We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. You may not share your account credentials.
4. Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use FilterMail for any illegal purpose, to process email accounts you do not own or are not authorised to access, or to attempt to circumvent our security measures.
6. Intellectual Property
FilterMail and its software are the property of Axiforge Tech Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axiforge Tech Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of FilterMail. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
